Crazy neighbor! This guy that lives across from me used to throw up in his apartment, and i heard it over my tv. Kind of disturbing. Now he goes outside to throw up. Twice at 130 in the morning and just today at 9pm. I live alone and this guy is creepy. Stay away from him, hes in 13.

Dump This place is horrible.management is the worst. There is no maintance.The grounds are cat infested.The apartments have no heat,bad windows,bees. Dishwasher & air conditioner don't work.Laundry services are horrible,washers and dryers are broken most of the time.Emergency

Headed in the right direction The previous comments notwithstanding, I think the new manager has this place going in the right direction. I have seen a lot of positive changes over the past few months and they seem to be much more responsive to the problems of the past. The grounds are cleaner

Great location, very reasonable rents and the grounds are so huge and spacious that you feel like this must be something like a time-share or vacation resort.

parking by building 27 is dangerous because of vandalism. no garages available because everyone that works there has many. mickey wake up, this place is a disaster. love kids but they need a place to play, not spray paint the street and let any kid come from anywhere and play. nice swimming
