my best friend and i just moved in this past december (2002) and its one of the nicest ones we found in this area.great location and the staff is not too hard to find. the renovations in the apartment were finished just a week before we started to move in so everything was really new. the kitchen is so nice coming with brand new everything, the whole thing was gutted and installed anew.

the only downside we had was that we are one of the very few college students that live in the building and initially didnt feel too welcome in the beginning by the staff in particular. this apt does hold stricter rules, such as loud parties are not allowed, but it does contribute to a nice relaxing quiet environment if thats what your looking for.

overall its very very nice
