This is a great place to live. I looked at all the apt buildings in the area and 10 Landing Lane had by far the best combination of space, affordability, and location. Plus, having Buccleuch Park as a backyard is great if you like tennis, running, picnicking, or catching rays. I lived at 10 LL for three years and was more than satisfied while there. I had a lg 1 br which was spacious and affordable. Bathrooms and kitchens are updated for new tenants and with new appliances. Kevin and the rest of the management staff are great, they are responsive and things get taken care of quickly. The bldg is very clean never a roach, vermin, or other unwelcome pest. This cant be said for other bldgs in the immediate area that friends of mine lived in. The building is well kept. Walls are thick so I never heard any of my neighbors. I highly recommend living at 10 LL.
