I have been very pleased with my apartment. The building manager lives on site and it always available when I need something to be fixed. I have never had any bug problems or major maintenace problems here either.

During the winter the parking lot is always cleared right after a snow storm which is a definite bonus. And the hallways and laundry room are maintained well.
