Noisey, Cold, and Nosey/Rude Neighbors

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Landing Lane Apartments are COLD, UGLY, SMALL, and NOISEY. The neighbors are ALWAYS either too nosey, or rude. There are so many old folks, you might think it's a senior citizen community. You can't even enjoy your wood floors because you have to put carpet over it! Oh, and no pets are allowed! What a waste of my money!
