TOO COLD!!

I've been living here in a 1 BR with my girlfriend since last fall and, let me tell you, it's freezing in here once the temp drops below freezing outside. The antiquated windows allow for ample drafts, and the baseboard heating is no match for the cold penetrating from the outside. I've complained to different people in corporate management to no avail. This is unacceptable and is no way for anyone to live!

The rest of the apartment is fine, but the common areas and hallways could use a little sprucing, although both are generally clean.

As some of the other posters have mentioned, there is a substantial population of senior citizens here. DO NOT live here if you want to have a party. We're somewhat young, and don't really have crazy parties, but people, especially senior citizens, do get upset over normal social activities even before it gets too late.

Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't say that the building staff is excellent. Issues are dealt with expeditiously, the walkways and parking lot are generally plowed after snow, and it appears that the commons areas are cleaned everyday.

The building's problems clearly rest with the corporate management, and unfortunately, this is the reason why I would not recommend this building.
