Lived in the place for a year from 2005-2006 and overall really enjoyed it. Had to move out due to relocation and would not hesitate to come back. This building is much nicer than Harrison Towers and a better deal than Colony House.

Pros: great view (if you have an apartment towards the back), a big park with jogging trails and tennis / baseball courts right behind the building, thick walls: you don't hear anything from your neighbors next to you, nice wooden floor (if the people living below you complain about high heel noise you have to cover it with carpets, otherwise not), nice staff and nice residents with many older people and also young professionals, heat included in the price and effective, ample parking also for visitors, management discourages loud parties

Cons: building feels a bit old, no swimming pool, washer/dryers are in the basement and sometimes occupied on weekends/evenings, maintenance is done very quickly but not with the highest quality.
