I looked carefully at every building in the area, 10 Landing Lane has the best combination of location, building keep-up, maintenance, cost, and most importantly noise. Tenants are very friendly and credit checks keep the quality of residents very high. Owner of building runs it in conjunction with 47 others, thus they have the resources to keep the building consistently rennovated.
