Yuck. "Luxury Hi-Rise'" What a joke!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
This building is terrible. I am breaking my lease and leaving early.
* horrible maintenance and lousy service from the office staff
* cockroaches (even though i keep my apartment in spotless condition)
* water system problems
* noise problems from pipes, etc. (building staff has done *nothing* to correct this)
* cheapo applicances (even the brand new ones they installed just before i moved in)
* did I mention the nasty office staff' ***They are not trustworthy.***
I wish I had never had the misfortune to move in here. Anyone who says this building is worth the astronomical rent is probably being paid off by the slippery building management. (I say that sarcastically, but I honestly wouldn't put it past them.)
