CH is for suckers. Period. I can't believe I've paid $1600 in rent for the past 3 years for such a crappy hole of an apartment. Sure, it looks nice, and impresses people who visit for an evening, but they get to go home and not worry about the lack of water, the roach infestations, the unfriendly and shoddy office management.
