Recently I've been doing apartment shopping and the only apartment that treated my roommates and I as equals and not as little immature kids is the colony house. The problem is that we are college students and once leasing management gets a look at us, they start to treat us like dirt, but not the colony house! The management is fantastic!!

I am planning to live in this building for the next 3 years, and I look foward to it. So for my fiance has lived in our apartment for 4 months now and has had no complaints.

On top of all this, the prices are reasonable compared to the other apartments that are considered "luxury" in the area....and is 10x bigger!! The amazing thing is that utilities are included, which is less of a headache to deal with. The only thing that you have to worry about is telephone, internet and cable, which you can get all through one service.

Definitely would recommend the Colony House to anyone who is looking into living in New Brunswick!
