Do not move here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2002 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002   It took 2 years to get our cold water faucet fixed in the kitchen. In 4 years, our bathroom faucet leaks constantly, our ceiling fell, the floor tiles are coming up,and we had to fight a rather large cockroach problem in the kitchen. The apartment is not worth the astronomical rent, not by a long shot.
