Don't get fooled by the first look

When the management show you around before you sign anything, everything is so great. The lady in the office is nice, everyone say hi to you. After you move in, forget about it.
You will at least have to put three request for fixing anything in your room. The lady will be very nasty and the answer always "NO".
The laundry is so expensive and the money spend on laundry will cover all your utilities' bill.
