I've lived in the Colony House for almost five years. It's a wonderful place to live. My one-bedroom is huge, with enormous closets and balcony. People gasp at the layout and the view when they first visit. The building is surrounded by parks, the neighborhood is safe, and a free shuttle takes you directly to the train station. From time to time it takes a couple of reminders to get things fixed, but the building staff is very nice. Many of my neighbors have lived here for 10, some even 20 years.
