I??m in between when it comes to the Colony House. Plenty of things I do and do not like about these apartments such as it has a wonderful park in the front, and the higher you room are the better your view is. The doorman help you load your groceries and hold the door for you which is always a plus! Also, there is a Rutgers Shuttle bus that comes by often out front which will take you to downtown New Brunswick by the train station. They provide lots of parking and you can even get an assign spot in the garage. Best of all, the utility bill is paid for you so don??t be hesitant about leaving your TV on or heater running. Of course this apartment has a few defaults such as the noise level, delay on turning the air conditioner on, overpriced laundry machines that sometimes bleach your clothes and worn out doors which sometimes don??t shut. If you are moving here with your kid, keep in mind the public school system in New Brunswick isn??t good.
