Good:
Nice apartments, harwood floors, lots of space, tons of closets. Great view of the park on one side and Raritan River on the other. Very close to highways and there's a shuttle to the train station in the mornings. All utilities are included. Ample parking. Doormen, maintencence people, and management all friendly and helpful.

Not so good:
While the building's staff is friendly and helpful, they aren't always able to fix things on the first try. The heat can get unbearable at times (this may be a good thing for some.) The a/c is generally weak. There aren't enough washers/driers for the building.

The Bad:
If you have good neighbors, noise isn't much of an issue. But the construction is such (hardwood floors, routing of exhaust pipes, etc) where if you do have a loud neighbor, you'll hear everything. Along similar lines, smells tend to drift from apartment to apartment.
