After four years of fallng ceilings, buckling floors and inadequate heat and air conditioning, I have concluded that location, location, location isn't all it's cracked up to be. The repairs needed to get this to 'luxury' status are too numerous - and for the owners, too expensive - to mention. Elevators are a death trap, there is no fire exit plan in a building with over 300 people, many of whom are elderly, and the turnaround time on serious repairs ranges from 4 weeks to never.

I just can't believe Kamson received 'best of' status for their apartments - Perhaps the reviewers only looked in the lobby. The wet moldy walls and ceilings should trigger an EPA visit.
