Nice place but...it's a student dorm!

This apartment complex is quite a pleasant place to live except for a few things.
Being near Rutgers it's filled with noisy students. I've bumped into drunks that vandalize the place as well as inconsiderate ones that talk on their balcony at 3am, waking their neighbours up. I didn't expect noisy students as my neighbours especially when the rent is so pricey to begin with.
Although the apartment looks great at a glance, but upon closer inspection, the apartment fixtures are cheaply installed. Bathrooms have paint stains leftover from construction and some cabinet doors need a little bit more attention.
All in all, it is still better than most of the apartment complexes around and I would recommend it as long as you don't mind paying the high rent, parking fees, facilities fees, pet fee, and having students as your neighbours. The facilities such as the gym, pool and recreational room with pool tables and flat-screen tv are great. The staff in the leasing office are usually friendly and maintenance is pretty responsive and good.
