Absolutely Awful

Beautiful property!! But, thats about it. Management is terrible .... once you move in -- they dont deliver on any promises ...


Also, the building is infested with college kids from Rutgers. Thus, it is very noisy. A lot of residents call this property "Camp Rutgers".

Very over priced ---- Poor management ---- awful maintenance
