This place promised there was everyting included except electric - LIE! You do pay for water and don't forget that electric heats your water.

The concierge'' What concierge'' There isn't one. They loose your packages and do not have any type of doorman service if you are out. You have to sign a waver (after you moive in) that is UPS or FED EX delivers a package that is signed for by the building it is not their fault if they loose it!!! --Just ask!

They also promised a daily continental breakfast and coffee would be served in the fireside lounge... never happened. The loung is alywas flooded with college kids and even some that will give you a dirty look if you try to hang out while they are making out on the couch becuse there roommate is home.

So you work hard, and the pool is closed at dark, no pool access at night. Also, you might take a day off work in the summer to enyoy the pool, it will be infested with friends of the lifeguard, ...if the lifeguard shows up and opens the gate... or infested with RU students and their buddies being loud and obnoxious.

The rent will be cheap when you move in with lots of deals, but after your lease is up, they raise the rent $400 more then you paid the year before.

The noise level is insane, the visitor parking area is always full, your guests will have no where to park EVER!

Don't let the landscaping fool you, it's the only thing they dump money into! The staff, acts like your family when your checking the place out, and forgets who you are after you move in.
