I have lived at the Highlands Plaza for the last 14 months and boy, not what i expected. The New Management is horrible, they have no time to talk to residents, they will not return calls and treat you based on your skin color. I have made it to the offices at 6.30pm on Wednesdays, since they close at 7.00pmand the Manager-would not let me talk to her or any of her staff. A white lady came to see her 15 minutes after i got there and she opened the door for her claiming that she had an appointment,what --------.

They tell you, you cannot use the lounge on the 2nd floor,main building for private events, but are happy to giveto others,If you are going to allow one resident to use it, please allow all,oops,i guess it depends onyou skin color.

When you are in the process of signing a lease, they are the best people and will be there when you have a question, by phone, in person or email,once you are in, they do not care about maintaining the current residents,but getting new ones so that they can hike up the rates.

A very nice location but why liveup to their lies,be very careful before you sign a lease,have all they tell you written on paper.

Old management was much friendleir than this one imust say.
