looks nice...but....

The major complaint would be the management. Though they have shown me all the trainings and awards that they have received, that's all for show. The management staff are nude, mean and stupid. They never follow through.

The satellite TV always goes out when the weather is bad (such as rainy days.)

The plus are nice layout, nice neighbors (not noisy and clean), and walking distance to the train station.

Rent is okay but on the high side.

If the management team can improve and be more professional, I would consider to stay for another term.
