Okay place; terrible management; you can find better

The building itself is decent, if only cold air wouldn't keep pouring in through my windows and utility closet during the winter. Maintenance even came-- twice-- to fix it, but it doesn't seem to help much. I suppose that's why they make you pay your own gas bills, not to mention water and electricity. Want a parking space' That'll be $50 a month. Add another mandatory $100 a month for mediocre Internet service and multiple telephone lines that 90% of you probably won't use. But wait, there's more! $400 each year so you can use the gym and have people take packages for you at the main entrance. Don't plan on using the gym' Sorry, you have to pay anyway.
Oh, and remember to double check with management at the start of each lease term, because they'll probably disable (and forget to renew) your key fobs which are REQUIRED to get into the apartment building and the garage. This happened to me once when I was returning home at 2 AM in the middle of winter. I ended up parking my car outside and waiting in the 10 degree weather for a random resident to show up to let me in.
That is not to say this is a lonely place. I'm sure the barking dogs accross the hall, down the hall, and above your room will keep you company every night.
