Not great. Overpriced.

Management team (and I mean the full team) has changed at least 4 times in the year and a half that I've been here. The manager NEVER returns your calls and is not even phased. Customer service is definitely NOT the priority. The rest of the office staff is friendly but has no decisionmaking power. They are nice as long as they don't have to make any adjustments. You pay $500 for amenities which includes computers, gym, pool and lounge. You are suppose to have access to the business center and gym until midnight but you actually cannot enter that building past 11:30pm. They cannot begin to see how that is incongruent and essentially false advertising.
The noise from the construction on route 18 is crazy. And that's suppose to last another couple of years.
There are some positive aspects: proximity to UMDNJ. Indoor parking (although when the garage door isn't working there is no security), pool but overall, it is way overpriced and for luxury apartments, I would certainly expect better customer service.
