Nice Place To Live!

I have been in my apartment now for close to a year and I find the office staff to be very friendly, helpful and always customer focused. I also find that the maintenance guys are always on top of every single ticket I have put in and they are the first people to say hello! I also find my neighbors to be friendly and respectful.
I feel that the rent could be a bit lower, and the parking is an aweful mess, from the Guest Spots (which there are too few of, too small and difficult to manuver in) to the Garage (where people always seem to be parked in the wrong spots).
On the plus side though, the garage across the street is often free during the night, and costs a little bit more than the cost of a spot in the complex. Very convenient especially if you have two cars and only want to pay for one spot!
Noise and flying dirt was an issue during the New Street Bridge construction, but lucky for me, i'm a heavy sleeper and neat freak.
Other than the occasional jack-hammer at odd hours of the night, the complex is so quiet, you can hear the elevator ding on the other side of the building!
The internet access is actually a decent speed unless you are downloading large files, but for browsing, email, and even the occasional night of online gaming, no issues!
TV signal definitely goes out during storms, and that is probably a bane of all satellite systems, but perhaps the complex could offer the choice of a cable provider.
As far as the anemities, I have used the gym a few times and I think they need to be a little more diligent replenishing towels, paper towels, and sanitizer. The billiards room/lounge is excellent and the pool is well maintained.
