I don't know why people are complaining about any of the staff. From my experience, all repairs are addressed, and usually fixed in one business day. As for visitor parking, there's a free lot across the street to use at night and on weekends. There are also paid city decks for during the day. Not the most convenient, but good enough. As for the construction, its not perfect, but everything works. Not worth all the money, but not as bad as some of the other reviewers claim.
