I have lived at the highlands for almost a month, which obviously isnt that much time, but really like it so far. The apartment itself it beautiful and spacious. I cant believe all the reviews saying its loud. My husband and I have never EVER heard anyone in the hallway or the apartment next to us (yes, there are people living in it) since we have moved in. We also moved in during PRIME graduation time and havent seen ANY crazy parties at all. The pool is beautiful and open from 10-8, not 10-6. The gym is great and so is the concierge. We get emailed AND called when we have a package and they stay open till 8pm some nights which is very convenient. We also got a great deal on the place. All of the amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc) work perfectly. The building is also very dog friendly and recently built a private dog run which we love.

The only negative thing about the place is the lack of guest parking. I lived in Brooklyn for the last 3 years, so its definitely better then that, so my friends are used to looking for spots. But this is downtown New Brunswick, where there are several parking garages, and most of them are free in the evenings or weekends.

I definitely recommend this apartment complex.

Management plant. Nice try but you have to throw in at least one critique to make it believable. You try that with the parking but then go right on to say it isn't a problem. IF you feel that free parking is plentiful in downtown New Brunswick and better than your previous apt. then why did you bring it up at all? Amateur.
