This was a bad choice we made! The only reason i fell into the trap was because my work was some 5 mins drive from here.
we are a current resident, but for sure wont make the mistake of renewing our lease. When we moved in the apartment was in terrible conditions. A week and a half after we move our refrigerator stopped working. We informed the property manager by , it took them nearly a month to replace it with a new one.

And try talking to the property manager, it s a real pain. I have never seen someone with that indecent / inappropriate behavior in my entire life. Any maintenance order you place with her, it will for sure go into the back burner, and never are done.

The mail service is terrible. The mail carrier puts everybody else's mails in to your mailbox, and your mails with probably be with your neighbor. Do not be surprised if you find your bank statement or job offer letter in the garbage, or lying underneath the mailbox. Informed the post office about this, but I am yet to see things change [and it been 4 months now!]

I would say this has been a learning experience for me, so the next time I choose an apartment I will remember to be more careful.
