I lived in my apartment for 3 yrs and I would not recommend living there. There's never enough parking spaces and people block you in and you never know who owns the car in order for you to get out. You don't have any privacy because the below and on the side are nosey and noisy. They raise the rent every year and it is overpriced for the amount of sq ft. It's reaaly bad in the summertime cause there are too many kids running around leaving garbage all over the place. People are too lazy to take the garbage to the dumpter and the would leave garbage bags in front of the garbage can by the mailbox so they removed the garbage cans in front of the mailbox. Heat is supposed to be included in the rent but I had to use a portable heater to heat the apartment. The rent started at $850 and by the time I left it was going up to $936 If you want to be in a complex where 98% of the tenants are spanish speaking then this is the place for you
