For a cheap place to live, this a pretty good. It is a nice old building if you appreciate things like brownstones. The neighborhood is bad, so I wouldn't recommend it for sissys.

The manager doesn't care about the residents. Don't move in until you see all problems with your apartment fixed. Check carefully for bugs. They had a crazy old man living there a few years ago that collected garbage in his living room and the place is still fighting the problem. My apartment is clean, but one resident told me he has trouble, but he might be dirty too.

At this time, I have no bugs.

Parking is a problem, if you buy a parking spot, you need to fight for it, not just pay. There is a lunatic that waves a 9mm at people if they steal his spot.

Most people in the building are very nice. Well worth the paltry rent.

There is a DJ in the building, be prepared for constant bass pounding the walls apart.
