They include utilies and 24 hour emergency maintain.. there is a lot to park however you have to pay for it.. there is also a laundry facility onsite open 24 hours aday 7 days a week... I also noticed that there is a nice intercom system.. the super that was there i think his name was adam.. he was very nice and showed me around.. the office is not there but the people that answered were verry nice.. one if i can remember was madyln and the other diana... they were great... they answered all my questions and were the ones that set up the appointment...

the information the super gave me said the Studios range better 680-800 amonth b/c they have different sizes and the one bedroom is 920.. the 2 bedroom is 1175 and they include heat and water...

Now the ground were clean and also was the building and the unit that i saw.. i am going to take my application this weekend hopefully it is still avaliable..b/c from what i hear they rent quickly over there and never have that many units stay open..
