At first glance this building is amazing. So many amenities, and great finishes and views. However, since day one this place has been a NIGHTMARE. The office staff were in no way accommodating while moving in and made a stressful day 10 times more difficult than it should have been. Even since move in they have been rude, especially the property manager, if you do one thing to upset her you might as well move out because she will make your life HELL. Things always break in the building. One of the two elevators is always being used by maintenance at the most inconvenient times and I have waited more than 5 minutes on numerous occasions waiting for the elevator. The heating systems have broken throughout the ENTIRE building several times in the middle of winter, the gas stove lines break and get shut off occasionally to large portions of the building, and security here is less than adequate for being in the middle of new brunswick. This includes trespassers within the building and even apartments being broken into and robbed. The parking for the building is very convenient especially for this area, however the spots are very narrow and the garage is shared with the commercial space in the building. Generally the people in the building and those that work in the commercial space park terribly and have no problem damaging your vehicle. I have literally 40 door dings on my car solely from parking in the garage here. In addition to this, the elevator to the garage has broken for 2 weeks at a time and you need to walk outside then up the ramp and then take the stairs to your vehicle. Also the gates to get in are always damaged and blocked off. There have been cones blocking the front entrance for over 2 weeks now and it is extremely inconvenient to drive the 8 blocks to get to the back of the building. But thats what you get for paying only $110/month extra per car to park in the building. They do keep the building clean, and the people living here are friendly. Overall for the price this building is not worth it, and I can not wait to move out!
