I am being as sincere as any person can be. Raritan Crossing is one of the worst places to live. I have lived here for 5 months now and I can't wait to move. Here are my reasons why, hopefully if your debating whether or not to live here this will help you out.
Management - unprofessional, customer service is non-existent, communication to tenants is also non-existent, complaints are handled in a leisurely way, and hard to find.

Apartments - dirty, unsanitary, insect infested, equipment is outdated and malfuntioned (kitchen appliances).

Atmosphere - Landscaping is not present, dirty, and old.

Parking - unsafe and hard to find a parking spot.

This list was made from experience from neighbors and myself. Please be advised this is not a good place to live. Good Luck
