When we first moved in, I noticed that the bathrooms were not 100% clean. The toilets had a discusting ring from where it looked like ------ water sat for days. Both bathrooms had white powdery build up all over the walls, shower and sink.

There is a GIANT pothole in the parking lot that can't even be called a pot hole. It's more like a damn manhole. It has done very expensive damage to both of my cars such as bent rims, power steering fluid leak, and a broken grille. Who has to pay for it'

6 weeks in and we already saw two roaches. One of the toilets and sink is unusable because of poor sewage. The sink water does not drain fast enough, so it fills up. The toilet water is brown and never flushes completely. It even over-flowed for 5 minutes straight during our 3rd week. The bathroom really stinks because of this.

We complain and complain and nothing has been fix but an extermination. How long will that last'

Parking isn't too bad in my area if you get home at a desent hour. There are BIG chunks of concrete missing from side walks. It is quite ghetto although I come from the ghetto, so I am used to it. Someone who is used to a really quiet 'unlively' scenery will not enjoy seeing all the people you would see around here.

The only thing worth the rent is the amount of space in the apartments. They are a nice size. Goodluck paging maintenance though. You wont here from them until the next day.

The garbage dumpsters are emptied daily. That's a good thing.

Overall, I would not recommend this place. Take your time when looking for an apartment. Research the complex. This place has about 95% negative ratings from tenants. I still have to be here for at least another 10 months. It seems like it will only get worst. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
