I live there now and i want to move out sooo bad. The third day i was there my car has its window smashed in and things stolen.. BROAD DAYLIGHT! The neighbors are bad b/c alot of them are so loud i can practically hear their conversations. My apartment was missing a heater knob and after they put one in it made a loud clanking noise randomly throughout the day and night..we tried telling management but they made lame excuses and finally i started paging emergency management everytime it made that noise and they sent someone to fix it after 3 weeks

The place is spacious which is the only thing i like about the place. You won't find another apartment which such a big bathroom. THe rooms are also a decent size.

Don't be tricked by the model apartment!!! besure to see a REAL one before you make the decision to move in.

My kitchen drawers don't work! I read alot of other ppl talking about roaches but luckily i don't have that problem right now but it is probably because we're on the second floor.

Parking was really bad when i first moved in but it's alot better now because some of the apartments below me has moved out.

When someone moves out.. all they do to prepare it for the next renter is repaint the whole place so it's very messy.

I hate this place and i wouldn't live here again.. but if you need to live in new brunswick this is probably one of the better places. The location sucks though because you're on route 1 and you have to make a u turn to go anywhere and it's very inconvenient! and if there's traffic on route 1, you're screwed
