I?ve lived here for a year and I?ve seen this place go downhill fast. All the good people have moved out and gang banger type people are moving in. The kids play in the street and won?t move for moving cars. It?s like they want to be hit.

During the middle of winter we were without heat and water for 3 days because someone was trying to fix a pipe and did more damage then good. They didn?t even warn us that they were turning off the water or heat. My apartment was below 60 degrees.

The management closed down one of the laundry rooms for a week without telling anyone. We would have had to go three buildings over to do our laundry. Not to mention that they have 4 washing machines and 4 driers for 3 buildings which have 20 apartments for each building.

Management for some reason doesn?t feel that they have to notify anyone when they do any repairs that will disrupt a person?s life.

Oh, and let me tell you that we now get treated for roaches every monday because people in this buiding are infested.

We have had to call the cops on the people living below us for domestic violence. You can hear everything through these walls. Rent has now been increased $50 ($1,125) per month. It?s so not worth it. If you have a choice don?t move in here unless you have no where else to go. Trust me, save your self from the aggravation.
