I lived at Raritan Crossing for almost 5 years and since Residential Mgmt took over "evertying" has improved beyond my expectations. Maintenance by far has improved 0. My trouble calls which were very seldom were always addressed quickly and my calls were always returned. The security level has also improved they've added security cameras and a security guard on-site after hours.The office staff has always been very friendly and courtious. For examply my daughter left our front door open and they called my job, home and cell phone to make me aware and I could not leave my job so the young lady checked my apartment out and locked and closed the door. They have made renovations to the grounds...new pool...2 playgrounds that are currently being constructed and a future gym. I am very happy here, but I am moving into a house to be with family but I do reccomend Raritan Crossing to anyone!
