In the 2 years that I've lived in the Raritan Crossing Apt. Complex, I have seen remarkable changes for the better. The previous managers were negligent to it's renters in every possible way. From neglect of upkeep to the grounds, shotty workmanship in the prepping of apartments, disregard for the quality of the tenants it rented to, and treating tenants and their issues with a complete lack of respect or regard. The present management (Residential Management Inc.) took over the apartments shortly after I moved in and has shown itself to have a very positive vision for a really good community, and the commitment to executing and implementing these improvements. The office staff is courteous and professional regardless of the race of whoever they're interacting with as long as "whomever" is too. On any given day the manager can be found on the grounds or in the office, long after his official work hours have passed by. Monty... Thanks!!!
