My Wife and I began our tenure in June of 2007, we have enjoyed our stay at Raritain Crossing ever since. A few months into our lease my wife became sick and we had issues with making rent. The management staff was so nice and accommodating to our needs and we foresee ourselves staying here a few more years. The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing, 24-hour emergency calls and just great people to have in your home working on problems. We thoroughly enjoy our home here and encourage anyone looking for a great place to start their professional life to make their home here.

You either have low standards or they've changed the management since I lived there. The whole year I lived there, the gate out front never worked but we were "required" to pay $100 per key and everyone in the household was supposed to have one...so I payed $200. When we lost the key to the non working gate, the greedy bastards kept $100 of my security deposit. The pool was not allowed to be opened without a life guard and there was never one there...pool passes cost $50 each, not per household but for each person in the household. I had to pay for passes to a pool that was never open and keys to a gate that never worked. The management there sucked balls in 2003-2004. For your sake I really hope they've changed since then. The apartment otherwise was awesome. So spacious and the bathrooms, oh my god were they just huge and beautiful. I would have stayed longer if the management had gotten their act together. You're right about the apartment being a good start for young professionals. My husband and I lived there for a year and then bought our own house. Good luck to you!

The management has changed if you'd read the other recent reviews by renters. It seems the place has gotten better ever since Residential Management took over. I'm sorry you had to deal with cruddy management before.
I have been looking at these apartments for a couple of months now and seeing as though every recent review has been a good one because of the new management, I plan to move there in the next year or two. Thank you for your review, turbolax, I can't wait to live there with my honey. :-) The apartments do look beautiful... too bad there aren't more photos of them.
