I have been living here approximately 2 yrs. and love it here. The rental office staff is great. In the 2 yrs. that I have been here, I have never had a problem that wasn't immediately taken care of. You will always be asked if they are permitted to enter if you are not home. My neighbors are wonderful, hard working people who are quiet and friendly. There is plenty of parking. It is pet friendly and they even have stands that have "poop" trash bags for your convenience. The only thing I have not tried is the laundry rooms. I prefer to go to a local laundromat, so that I can shop at the same time. The rooms are large and quite nice. The only thing I would have added would have been a washer/dryer hookup. Plenty of heat in the winter-they pay the heat and hot water. My highest electric bill last summer was about $77 for air-conditioning. By the way, I have a 2 bedroom apt. If you are lucky enough to get an apartment-take it, you won't be sorry. My only con is that when you first come into the complex, some of the upstairs tenants like to hang their carpets or air out their mattresses on the balcony. Management should frown on this practice as it gives the wrong impression of a truly good place to live in.
