We have not officially moved in yet, so I cannot give you any real commentary on day-to-day living (yet). However, I am so impressed by the management at Raritan Crossing that I felt the need to comment about it. The leasing staff is very friendly, and willing to accommodate. It is obvious that they really do care about their tenants and that it's not all about making a sale. There was a bit of a mix up shortly after signing our lease, and the Property Manager really came through and settled the matter within a matter of hours. They really seem to be on top of things.

Besides that, the grounds look beautiful and are very well maintained. Unlike what a previous post commented; that is not limited to the area strictly around the leasing office.

I will post again in a year, after we've lived in the community for awhile. Until then, I like what I've seen so far. If you are looking to rent a nice apartment, this is worth taking a look at.
