Raritan Crossing is a very nice place to live. There's ample parking, the area is clean (the cleaners are out almost every morning), it's always well lit and decorated nicely. Last year, they installed 2 kiddie parks which was a very nice touch. Management is very nice and goes out of their way to accomodate you. Prior to moving in, we asked them to make some changes in the bathroom and they made each and every one of them. That's what impressed us the most. Maintenence is very polite and always comes within the hour. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very big - lots of cabinet space (we had to force outselves to use some of the cabinets) and new appliances. The security gate is a plus also. The area is safe and very quiet. The only negative is that you have to make that u-turn to get on the 1 South, but other than that, it's a huge plus.
