I absolutely love it at Raritan Crossing! There are some really old reviews on here that are based off of the previous management, but the new management is wonderful!

Everyone is so friendly! There is an advanced security system (if you have a guest after 7pm when the gate closes, they just press a code and it will call your cell phone to let them in!) and it is a safe neighborhood. The apartments are lovely. Mine came with all brand new appliances. There is always a place to park. They take care of everything here. The maintenance staff is always pleasant and accommodating. If we ever had any problems, they would address them immediately (but we've never had any problems). The management genuinely cares about the happiness of the tenants and even held a party for all the kids in the neighborhood with a raffle (wii, ipod, etc!). They really do care about everyone and it is a wonderful place to live! The pool is great, the gym is AMAZING! It is never crowded and there is even a flat screen tv in there!
