I have been living in the Raritan Crossing complex for just about 7 months and it has been a great experience! The rare times that I have had to call the office or maintenance they are very nice and prompt. Last night (what prompted me to write this) I had a problem with my shower. Within half an hour the maintenance man was here and had it fixed. Before I knew it he was on his way out with a courteous "good night". This morning we got a call from the office just checking it to make sure everything was still fixed and doing well. I have never lived anywhere where they cared this much! The management is continually striving to improve the neighborhood, too. Whether is festive decorations for the holidays, a flower contest to spruce up the area, or picnics for the tenants they are always thinking. Just last week they put in all brand new washers and dryers in the laundry rooms, which I can't wait to use.
Moving into a new apartment complex is always scary when you're not sure of the environment. I forget that I even have neighbors here! It's so quiet! Between the great neighbors, great price (I know many people in this area paying more for less) and the great management who is always looking to make your living better, I would definitely recommend it here!

I know a lot of people were scared of the laundry rooms... have they done anything to make them feel safer?

The management of Raritan Crossing installed close circuit cameras in all laundry rooms, in order to improve security. Additionally, laundry rooms are a part of the security department's routine check route, once shift starts at 7pm. laundry rooms open at 9AM, close at 9PM sharp.
