I live in Raritan Gardens now in a 2 bdr townhome style unit. This was the worst place I have ever lived. When I applied for the apt they showed me one they said I could move in (of course it looked nice inside) the day I went to sign the lease that apt was supposedly taken. My apt was disgusting.My lease is up in April and I'm out. I don't care where i go just out of there.


I had so many problems I don't even know where to begin.In the winter there is no no no no no heat what so ever. They say its on but you better off seating outside to stay warm. Parking is a joke. If you get home before 5pm you're scared to leave because you might not find anywhere to park again. I received tickets and got towed while living here - and I had a parking decal!!
My advice to anyone looking at Rartian Gardens don?t do it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
