Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
I moved a while back, and I would not have considered writing a report for this place, except that the more recent reviews seem to confirm what I found BACK IN THE LATE 90s! So if you're thinking of moving here, I'd give it some real thought, because apparently they haven't done much to improve the place: parking, noise, drug dealers, aggressive towing (even of those who have stickers), drafty windows...ah, I don't miss this place.
