We are a married couple who moved here in July of 2005. After a rocky start, involving overwhelming paint and floor wax fumes (which literally induced vomitting) and a domestic dispute (which involved several screaming women, a lead pipe, and a bloody bag of clothes on our curb) we began to get settled in, and have ended up really enjoying our time here.

We've always felt safe, we've enjoyed the multiracial and multigenerational neighborhood. Seasonal decor is top notch, and the office staff has been excedingly kind. Also, there are plans to add a new parking lot, which will really help. We're within walking distance of a good movie theatre and the bus stop.

I've noticed that many of the other reviews complain about roaches. We have really not had a problem with them at all. We've probably seen less than 10 in 1.5 years. We've never had anything stolen. Our cars haven't been touched. We say, come to the Gardens!
