I lived in this complex for three years in those three years the apt was never painted, an ugly tree in front of my apt was cut down and the branches and debris was left for me to clean which left my "yard" a mud hole where my bf and i had to grow grass and plant flowers..we had to use space heaters in the winter b/c th ebuilding provided just legal heat which means nothing, no matter how clean you are you are bound to get roaches and they only came to fumigate ONCE in three years, the maintenace ppl are nice but do half-a$$ work and the ppl in the office dont do anythign to help you what so ever rent is crazy for the little that you get here and dotn get me started on parking lets just say anytime after 3pm you will not get a parking the laundry rooms are awful they dont wash well or even dry the clothes dont use them
