I moved into the complex about six months ago and nothing but problems since. The maintenance people do a half assed job at everything that needs to be fixed. The management team seems content at being medicore and provides low class upkeep with an " I could care less about you" attitude. The plumbing is disgusting. You take a shower with water up past your ankles because the water doesnt go down and no plumber and no amount of draino can fix it. The hardwood floors are beaten and old and no matter how much you clean them, they always look bad. The heat is under their control and I have my windows open WIDE in the winter and its still very hot! The neighboorhood is ghetto, the management changes the locks on your outside door continously without notice or very short notice. The laundry room is the scariest place on earth and I fear my life when I go there. Its behind the buildings in like a basement. If you enjoy roaches, shoddy buildings, people who dont give a ---- about your well being or your quality of life, and too much rent being paid for very little accomodations, consideration and quality then this is your place. i have to agree.. i had to move on short notice so i'm subleasing here and it's the worse..i'm in the hoffman blvd buildings and my unit faces RT 1...the noise is kind of loud...on wednesday fudrukers has motorcycle night and the noise of bikes racing up and down the highway,doing burnouts is like living next to the airport...then i have a visitors that are unwelcomed..the roaches (my apt is very clean and i bearly cook..then i have spiders which i freaking hate with a passion... the apt is ok but u can fine much better for the price u pay...this place needs to be remodeled and until they do that save yourself the headache... theres much better available in the area

Thanks. They're having a cheap promotion right now w/ price. But I'm not going to bother. don't want to live in a disgusting place no matter how inexpensive it is.
