I got a big lost during the move-out inspection for the windows somebody made for vent or air conditioner before my moving. They said the broken window is $85, they need to change the whole frame. so I need to pay several hundreds dollars.

I told them it is not made by us because we use the AC in the bedroom and there are other windows can be used for the AC in the living room. We just live for one year, we don't need to make the change. But they said it's none of their business. And I should list this problem during my moving-in checklist. But this windows can open, close and seal well. And they give me a very simple paper sheet and asked me to find problem. How do I know this would be a bomb in the latter time.


finally, they said I had to pay to buy a lesson.

This is really a trap, I know they would really change the frame. And if you happened has this kind of experience. You would think it's a problem.


The staff there usually take a long time to repair your reported promblems and it seemed that they always have many things need to repaire. Thus, They had to offer came into your apartment frequently.
